Tim Coffin, an Independent candidate seeking to represent Deering and Francestown in Concord, today announced that he will respectfully decline the Democratic Party’s nomination resulting from write-in votes cast during the primary.

“I am sincerely grateful to everyone who took the time to write in my name,” Coffin said. “Their confidence and encouragement mean a great deal to me. I entered this race as an Independent because I believe the people of Deering and Francestown deserve representation focused on their needs rather than party interests. To remain faithful to that commitment, I will continue as an Independent.”
